Albert opened his e-mail program to check his incoming messages. When he entered his password, his inbox listed several new messages. The first message was junk mail, so Albert deleted it. He double-clicked on the next message and it opened. Albert read the message and forwarded it to his supervisor. He closed the message and opened the next one. He saved the next message. Then he downloaded an attachment and printed a copy. After reading the final message, he replied to the sender. Then he exited his e-mail account.
